Horizon's team have expert knowledge and experience in the Retrofit sphere, both as Programme Managers for Domestic Retrofit initiatives through the Department of Energy Security & Net Zero, on behalf of more localised government and as Project Managers for industry leaders taking care to provide better workplaces for their personnel to be accommodated while they work.
We are fully cognicent of PAS 2030 & 2035 and the ethos of a fabric first approach to ensure the best measures are put in place for suffering buildings; we are expert in working with and managing Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators, Designers & Installers so you can rest assured the best approach is championed and successfully certified.

We know that if risk is not properly managed, it can almost instantly kill projects and programmes and is not sensitive about how far through the design or construction process we are.
At Horizon not only do we offer world-class risk management as part of our skills offering, we also offer an alternative service where we take on our clients' risk liability. We agree to take a percentage share of the financial reward incumbent in expiring risks and reducing the budget. We then work with you, wholly incentivised to mitigate the dangers to your projects & programmes before they materialise.
